  • Easy-to-use map allowing zoom, drag, scaling
  • Incident pins color coded by emergency service type
  • Letter over the balloon clearly designating the response status: reported, enroute, transporting, at hospital
  • Near-real time incident numbers: – Current active, daily totals, yearly totals
  • Cluster circles upon map zoom out, representing # of incidents within area
  • Views/filters by: agency, incident type, area that controls the map or lists
Gold Level
  • All the Silver assets plus:
  • Log-in to track users
  • Regional information
  • Archived incident data (can be log-in access only) that can be sorted by department, emergency service and incident type
  • Easy report building from data for annual and department reports
  • Two extra mapping layers (water monitoring stations, weather radar…)
Platinum Level
  • All the Gold assets plus:
  • Evacuation routes
  • Vehicle Tracker (can be privatized)
  • Can list all units on site (can be privatized)
  • Easy report building from data for annual and department reports
  • News feed at the top of the site (client provided)
